HIGHWAY MUST NOT BE BLOCKED
Today, because of Pooyam Festival, the area around
Koorkancherry, was blocked, including the Highway, forcing vehicles to divert
their service , to reach Trichur. This is happening every yer.
On my return journey, I boarded the bus for Irinjalakuda,
which, luckily for me, reached the junction at Poochunnipadam, in just twenty
minutes, running nonstop, via Ollur, skipping its normal route via Palakal,
Perumbilissery etc.
