MUSHROOM

MUSHROOM
Edible mushroom is very nutritious and easy to grow at home. I saw in the TV channel, a preparation by mushroom.
It is cooked and mashed. Then it is mixed with beaten eggs and made into balls, which are dipped in bason(kadalamau) and fried.

Of course, salt, chilli powder and masala to be added for tatse. If you like, the balls may be pierced by a thin, long needle of midrib of coconut leaf, to make a chain
