SATYAM COMPUTER SCAM The founder of the Satyam computer company, located in Bangalore, Ramalinga Raju has been sentenced for cheating . According to SABI, THE MONEY INVOLVED IS 2000 CRORE. It is estimated that the loss to the investors may be even more. They made fictitious accounts , magnifying the assets and profits of the company, attracting huge investments. It is a wonder how they could do it. People believe in the Annual Accounts prepared by the Charted Accountants. This should alert the Government, to take measures to protect investors.
