TWELVE THOUSAND TEACHERS UNEMLOYED IN KERALAM Keralam is highly educated . There are more teachers appointed by private school Managers. Each teacher gives some fifty lakh rupees as bribe because it is pensionable job. Their new pay scales are very high. Now they are retrenched and did not get salary for six months. The reason may be lack of students who prefer English medium schools. The concerned Department is in a mess. Till now , many have not received text books . There are complaints about mass copying during examinations. Still the concerned minister is adamant and does not quit.
