In the TV channel , I watched a group of dogs attacking and overpowering a deer. These were not wild dogs. Even in the villages dogs attack physically week women.
A debate is going on whether we should not kill them , is not human being more dear to us?
The Government has ordered vasectomy of dogs , when we do not have enough trained veterinary surgeons
