CROWD MANAGEMENT –P0LICE SHOULD BE GIVEN TRAINING
Stampede in temple festivals has become a serial story. The festival at Deoghar in Jharkand , iwhich thirteen people lost life , is the latest.
A crowd is like flood waters. Special training is required for controlling the people. Incoming people must have separate entrance. There must be announcements to direct the crowd.
Is there any Police Academy where this training I imparted?
