When I applied for a ration card, I was told that I must produce a residence certificate, which can be given only If I stay in my own house. For the last five years, we have been living without any agreement or obtaining rent receipts.
Here in Keralam, the so called BPL families have terrace houses, TV connection and they send their children to English schools, because they get good wages.
The only people who deserve ration cards are the beggars. Or, are they too getting good wages?
