DRAMA

I was working in the Railways, head quartered at Kota. For us the frontier Mail is most convenient, reaching Kota t 11.30 in the morning. I was entitled for the first class and comfortably settled myself in the lower berth. I did not bother about my partner on the opposite side. In the morning after break fast, found my partner scrubbing and cleaning pieces of stones, and enquired what he is doing. “I am a geologist and examining rocks of different areas for further examination in the laboratory. Thus the ice was broken and we began talking. He told me he is a Gujarathy. He told me we should react against anything we find illegal, for instance, if an item is missing from the food they serve. He also told me about a drama enacted by intellectuals, where audience is also involved.
The scene is Mareech, being followed by Ram, with bow and arrow. When he is shot by an arrow, he refuses to lie down. He asks “What is my guilt; why should I die?” Then he turns to the audience:”What do you think. Should I die”
I like the idea. We talked about many thins and reached Kota, where I said bye.
What do you say, readers?
