RUSSIA MEANS BUSINESS
Russia is waging a war against IS. The venue is Cyria. They are bombarding the IS headquarter , from the air and the sea; so far , they have not succeeded in landing there.
Russia has notified the world that forty Nations are financing IS; they have not named the countries. But this is a serious charge and United Nations must intervene to avoid blood shed. The Nations abetting terror must be punished .
