PROHIBITION IN BIHAR

NITISH KUMAR ANNOUNCED PROHIBITION Bihar Chief Minister Nithish Kumar announced prohibition in his State, with effect from 1-4-2016. He says this is to help women , as their husbands spend a lot of money on liquor. It is ideal but not practical. Men familiar with alcohol, will have it anyway. It will go underground. Policemen who must enforce the law , are themselves drunkards. Illicit liquor is easily available even in Gujarath , where prohibition is in force for a long time. I suggest that Nithish must reconsider his decision
