POISON IN FOOD
Maggie row has triggered the discussion about colouring agents added to food preparations in general , to make them attractive.
There are food inspectors who check hotels etc. There are laws regarding chemicals added to give colours to the food.
One difficulty is said to be the shortage of laboratories, for testing the clours . The law makers never thought about it.
