I was walking leisurely along the forest road in Rajasthan. It was about nine in the morning. At some distance, I saw a camel belonging to a farmer, running wild. Normally, these creatures are very docile and lethargic, but occasionally, they get enraged and bite the hand of the owner, causing severe injury.
I became cautious and tried to guess which way the animal is likely to come. Undecided, I stood there, right in the middle of the road.
In a matter of seconds, it came and, seeing me blocking the way, stood standstill. I watched it, my brain numb with fear!
In the meanwhile, its owner came and took control of the camel, thanking me!
