DELHI MAY EXPLODE WITH MIGRANT LABOUR Every day, train loads of people arrive in Delhi, in search of livelihood. The population explosion in North India is forcing this movement of unskilled labour, bringing with them beggars, pick pockets and murderers. Resources of the city are drained by this migration, among them illegal entry from Bangla Desh contributing a major share. Terrorists can sneak in and lie low, awaiting orders from their masters. They know their life is short; they enjoy life with the money they get, their family assured of pension! Is there any solution? Corruption is making things easy for them. Bribe the officials and you can get a pass port in a day. Mobile phones provide instant communication. In Stalin’s Russia, every person was watched. Can we do it?
