CRISIS IN CENTRAL SAHITYA AKADEMY Central Sahitya Akademy is facing a crisis About ten writers have returned the money they received and many have quit the organization. The reason cited is the indifference of the Academy , to the plight of those who were liquidated by armed men. The Karnataka rationalist and ex-Vice-chancellor who was killed in his home, seems to be the immediate provocation. Till now , there is no response from the Akademy.
