FALSE DEGREE CERTIFICATES House wife in Trichur , has given false certificates regarding qualification of candidates , seeking job , mostly in Gulf countries. Police raided her house and confiscated documents in this connection. It is well known that in Bihar , one can get Engineering degree , without attending college.
